In 1994 Hetty and Pietro D'Andrea started an Italian restaurant together in Elburg, which they developed with passion from a pizzeria to a Ristorante Italiano, with a mention in the Michelin guide as the crowning glory of their work. The sale of this successful restaurant gave them the opportunity to realize their dream: the development of a unique, Italian catering concept in our own city of Zwolle.
